Delivery charges - £2.95 or free over £75

Please pay by PayPal or postal orders. Please send postal payments to Z Ridge, 14 Norfolk Street, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 1AR.

Postage discounts are given if purchasing multiple items; please let us know if you are buying more than one item, so we can send you an invoice with postage discount. Please do not pay until we have sent the invoice with discount, as it cannot be offered once payment has been made.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, but if you do have any problems, our return/exchange policy is as follows.

If you have purchased the incorrect size we will gladly send you a different size please email us as soon as possible so we can reserve the required size for you.
You must email us to agree return/exchange before returning items. Refunds are only given if we are notified within 7 days of you receiving the item. Items must be returned to us within 7 days. Any item returned after the 7 days will be subject to a 10% fee. Please enclose details of your, item number and reason for return. All items must be returned to us at your own expense and risk.
Goods must be returned in their original unworn condition, this includes all packaging. Items must be fit for resale.
Refunds will be issued via original payment, except if you paid by postal order or cash you will then receive refund via cheque.
